This Weeks Theme is "Hip to be Square" - at first i thought - o my, o my - what shall i do?! i've started with Snugz (somehow i use it a looooot these days) then adding some Footlites... That was this morning - while i had my first mug of Coffee - before i left for my shift... After Dinner i've added a straight Boarder and began with MI2 and Sanibelle - ooo i just discovered my feminine Zentangle side on me :P - Absolutely felt in love with the flower stuff! some shy Mookas and tada a typical Swiss Paper Cut!
I really like the final tangle a day page (tangled in one day)
Can you spot the similarity to the paper Cuts?

Love your non-square tangle! You have a very bold style to your work that I like. My guess as to the similarity to swill paper cuts is the decorative border.
ReplyDeleteVery nice adaptation. Not square, but very straight linish, rectangle that turned out beautifully.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful, footlights is the perfect tangle to enhance your beautiful stage of wonderful tangles and squares within squares!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful design! I just started learning this art but I'm not real successful with the philosophical tone of the book I'm using, so I am not drawing as much as I should.
ReplyDeleteYour "orphaned postcard" left today! I'm so glad you adopted because it lead me to your blog and I'm so intrigued.
It looks like a magical flower garden . . . and I love it! All of the tangles you chose are perfect.
ReplyDeleteNicely done! The tangles you chose really work well together. Love your flower garden!
ReplyDeleteReally creative and has nice flow to it. Loved your "shy" Mooka peaking from behind the flowers. Thanks for the inspiration! Pretty, pretty.
